Theme License
All our WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license. So, you may use them on as many websites as you like and you can distribute them as well.
Services
Bizberg Themes provides you with free and premium themes and plugins for your WordPress website. Our themes and plugins are sold as a digital download through our website.
Support
Bizberg Themes provides support services for its products to Clients for 1 year. Our themes can be used for a lifetime but support has to be renewed yearly.
Support is not about making heavy customization or creating additional features, nor do we provide support for any third-party software you might choose to use with our product. You should not expect customization for functionality not already provided within our theme.
Theme Support is provided only in the email. We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, or any other means. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions normally within 24 hours during the support times.
Updates
Our themes or plugins are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, ensure that you will use the most current version of our themes.
Premium theme updates are available only to active members within their date of subscriptions whereas our free themes update will always be free to all.
Compatibility
It is our duty to always keep the themes/plugins up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is version 5.6 or greater (recommended: PHP 7.3 or greater) and MySQL version 5.0 or greater (recommended: MySQL 5.5 or greater). http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/. We can ensure but not guaranteed, that themes/plugin will work with all third-party components, plugins, or web browsers.

Bizberg Themes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of the theme without prior notice.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our themes – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins) or modify the theme files. Also, we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
Refund Policy
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund under the following conditions.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 7 days of the purchase of the product.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the themes properly or get the themes to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 7 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- No refunds on the mistaken purchase.
- No refunds If you decided not to use the theme after purchasing them.
- No refunds if the project was canceled by the client.
- No refunds if the features of the theme do not match your requirements.
- No refunds if you want to buy another theme which will fit better
- No refunds if Insufficient skills in using the product.
- No refunds if the requirements got changed so you no need the theme.
- No refunds on discounts meaning if you forget to enter the discount code on a purchase we will not be able to refund the discounted amount.
- No refunds will be granted for missing feature(s).
By purchasing the theme(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.
